This red Norman Nippy comes with a V5C showing 7 former keepers. The vendor tells us that it has recently received new wheels and tyres, shock absorbers and a new saddle, and that it starts on the first spin. As an historic vehicle, the Nippy no longer requires an annual MoT test. Keys are present for the storage compartment, though no ignition keys accompany the bike.
