Aston Martin V12 Zagato

In 2012 Aston Martin and Zagato teamed up again to create yet another automotive masterpiece. This time they planned to create 101 V12 Zagato`s using the Aston Martin V8 Vantage as its base car. Each car took an incredible 2,000 hours to build, lightweight hand-rolled aluminium and carbon fibre panels were used. The sculpted `double bubble` roof and bulging haunches, the stunning ‘Z’ pattern grille, its diffuser and splitter and the big rear wing give the car a menacing look leaving anyone no-doubt that this is a Zagato.

Only 61 V12 Zagato’s were made in the end making it rarer than its cousin the One-77. This car was first registered in France in 2013 and then found its way to the Zagato museum where the last owner bought the car in 2015 and registered it in the UK, joining part of a small collection and used very sparingly.

The car is finished in a special Q department colour of Sunburst yellow and is believed to be the only car supplied in this colour. The complimentary interior is specified in black semi aniline hides with contrasting yellow stitching. Equipped with gloss black alloy wheels, carbon fibre A pillars and door mirrors, black textured tailpipe finishers and yellow brake callipers help give the car its fierce look. Notable interior extras include carbon fibre lightweight seats, carbon fibre facia and door pulls and a 1000w Bang & Olufson audio system.
